Rider Biomechanics

Your gateway to improved performance

Dressage Coach

Enhancing

Assessing biomechanics is crucial in equine sports to optimize performance and prevent injuries. Horses are highly responsive animals, constantly improving their sensitivity to our cues. They are acutely attuned to our body mechanics, making any asymmetry or imbalance detrimental to their performance.

Are you struggling to strike off on the right canter lead? Is your sitting trot preventing you from progressing? Do you experience discomfort in the saddle while riding?

These are challenges faced by many riders, but great news is that they can be addressed!

Liz Frayling has a wealth of experience both in and out of the saddle and provides training methods designed to enhance your riding experience. Our rider biomechanics sessions are available both remotely and in-person, either at your location or at our facility in Co. Waterford.  We also host a number of Classes and events both online and at venues around the country.

“I have attended two classes to date, one on the pelvis and one on the lower limb.  Both were incredibly informative, packed with effective and easy to do exercises that you can do both on and off horse virtually anywhere."
